• Installation Proposals in the form of sketches, which indicate sizes, materials to be used, installation requirements, power sources etc. Please specify site requested. (Artists are advised to explore concepts in more than one space)
• A full CV
• Cheque for £35 made payable to Glass West Midlands. (All applications will be reviewed by a jury including a Health and Safety advisor and the Project Director. Feedback will be available upon request)

All applications should be submitted with a first class, A4 SAE.
